The Dexter EZ Lube are a totally different design there is a passage for the new grease to pass through the hub cavity and to the rear bearing. You need to be careful and do your own homework. The EZ lube are a good design but every 2 years or 10K I still suggest pulling the hub and doing a hand repack this gives you a good chance to inspect.

I decided to do it myself and discovered they are sealed bearings when I called Dexter to get part numbers for the seals.
