So my EZ Loader trailer has Reliance Oil Bath hubs 5 bolt and I had noticed some problems with oil leakage while stored. I pulled it out and was examining the hub to see if it had oil in it and the plastic hub cap separated from the threads and came off in my hand. It looks to be leaking from the axle seal at least I assume so since I dont see any drippings on the front of the wheel. I notice a white foamy substance on the seal around the axle when I drive the trailer around for a bit.
