EZ Lube Dust Caps like DC200L-DCRP have a rubber plug that can be removed to access the zerk fitting. The rubber plug can be removed by gently prying it up with a flathead screwdriver. If your dust cap is in good condition and you want to avoid getting dents in the cover you can use the Dust Cap Driver Tool to remove the cap.
If you are going to want a new kind of grease in the bearings you need to remove the hubs and remove the bearings. Clean bearings and hubs. Reinstall hubs and wheels and use grease gun to fill the bearings and hubs until grease comes out.

With the EZ Lube system it is really easy to re-pack your bearings. Spin the wheel while pumping in grease with the grease gun until you start seeing new grease come out. I just re-packed mine manually as I didnt want to mix grease types and I didnt know what was put in at the factory but next year I will certainly just use the EZ Lube method.
