You disassemble the hub remove the bearings inspect the bearings races and brakes clean the bearings repack them replace the seal and put things back together. Then you adjust the brakes. Sealed means no maintenance does not mean no replacement.
Highway cars will require wheel bearings more often. On avg 200k is a good time to replace them. FYI some of the sealed bearings are coming through with little or no grease these days to cut costs.
